The Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF) is the Charitable Arm of Elk Grove Alumnae Chapter. DREF provides opportunities to promote research that identifies solutions to issues affecting African American women through funding and support of the charitable and educational programs of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
