Physical and Mental Health is a journey to wellness not only for members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, but our families and communities. Elk Grove Alumnae Chapter is committed to this initiative by encouraging members to live a healthy and holistic lifestyle.  Our committee is dedicated to providing information, resources and community engagement. We are dedicated to health and wellness by participating in physical health activities and holding events to address physical and mental health.

Our activities include:

*St. Jude Walk

*Breast Cancer Walk

*Wellness Series (quarterly)

*Health and Wellness Fair

*Regional Fitness Wellness Challenge

The Chapter also disseminates monthly updates about health symposiums. The Chapter also participates in monthly walks.
